2ICHARTER AMENDMENT: “BUDGET TOGETHER DENVER”
should we let the city change to a two-year budget planning process?
The current Charter requires an ANNUAL budget, which City Council amends and adopts. This is a process change: it would let the city move to a biennial process and updates both the budget calendar and reporting rules. It keeps the option to revert to annual budgeting in times of economic uncertainty.

- NO = keep it the way it is; make the city come up with a yearly budget
